IOU is a small flexible company based in Halifax with a well-established national and international reputation for creating ambitious projects that are characterised by experimentation and exploration. It works across site-specific performance, contemporary/experimental music, touring theatre, digital work and sound and video installations.

IOU’s work is diversifying in the UK and in China and it is looking for someone with a mix of practical and creative skills, who is adaptable and enthusiastic, to work closely with the Artistic Director and Executive Producer.
